Aujourd'hui, de reculons, je me suis présenté à mon RDV. J'ai toujours eu peur des piqûres près de la colonne. Je l'ai même refusé à mon accouchement, l'épidurale. J'ai expliqué à Dr Carl Majdalani, mes craintes. Calmement et sans pression, il a pris le temps de bien m'expliquer et de répondre à toutes mes questions, avec Oscar le squelette . La technicienne et l'infirmier ont été super. J'ai trouvé toute l'équipe professionnelle et respectueuse. Gros merci

I felt bad giving 1 star because the staff was friendly so I will give it a 2 star. I am very much disappointed by the lack of empathy of the doctor, the dry response, and the coldness . Unfortunately, we see this everywhere in the healthcare system. I wonder if they like their career or the pay cheque it gives them? A patient in pain coming for an injection has some anxiety, and the Dr. should be kinder and listen more. Hopefully, by telling this Dr. how I felt, he will try to be kinder next time.
Thank you Dr. Bergeron. I have faith and am looking forward to the results. The secretary is kind and the hospital is clean and quiet.
