I hate to be in this situation again but I’m happy that I was set up here at instinct health care. The doctor Charles is super funny and the lady is real sweet. They make sure I’m comfortable as I do my workouts and they even make sure I have a blanket when I lay down for the massage. 10/10 recommend!
So as I was checking reviews I saw all 5 stars, that's a high bar.. and Dr Roberts did not let down. Very helpful, kind and easy to speak with. I would recommend and will be returning
Excellent service, very family-friendly. The place is spacious, and Dr. Charles makes you feel like he’s known you forever. Most importantly, I feel so much better at least 70% of my pain is gone. The assistant is truly very attentive. Honestly, the place and the care are 10 out of 10
Had a really great experience at Instinct Health Care! Everyone was super friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. They really helped with my neck and shoulder pain, and I started feeling relief quickly. The staff was caring, the office was clean, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place that actually makes you feel taken care of!
