Jack is a very knowledgeable podiatrist. I came to him in 2021/2022 after I had pain in my arch for 13months - my previous podiatrist was wrapping my foot and massaging it every few weeks, with no improvement for over a year. When I came to Jack, I'd lost hope that i'd ever be able to run again, but he immediately clued on to the source of the issue and suggested I have a new set of orthotics made.
