I have had good experiences in the past with this company. I am a returning customer, and have brought business to this company from 4 different companies I worked at previously. I ended up purchasing a 10x20 cover with backdrop and 2 flags with accessories. This order process was the worse one I have ever had with this company. The accusations and treatment towards my company and I were very disappointing. Please ensure to check all your parts and test them prior to a show.
