Horrible practice. All they care about is money. They have lied to my face twice already, and I only started going there over the last two months. (I had to drop a bundle - over $2,000 for both visits). This practice has engaged in malpractice and I plan on holding them accountable before the NYS Office of the Professions. . They need to be checked before they hurt any more animals. My recommendation? Find another practice that actually cares about the animals they are treating. Very disappointing and misleading experience. My cat has the anal gland abscess issue. I brought her in, clearly mentioned she had abscess maybe need drainage. The doctor said nothing wrong, don’t need drainage at all. And after two days my cats anal gland got ruptured. It could be avoided if the doctor pay more attention to what I said. I usually take my cat to the Vet at courtsquare. And their service is amazing. Only thing this time it’s quite urgent so I took her to instaVet. I would not recommend this vet
