Staff and doctors were truly amazing. Even on a Sunday. Their hours were so flexible. They were so accommodating. 100%. Recommend them and their services.
I needed to bring my cat in for an urgent checkup and had a great experience at InstaVet. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions without making me feel pressured into any unnecessary tests or treatments. Extremely Disappointing Experience — Serious Lack of Accountability I brought my dog to InstaVet for nausea and vomiting. He received a Cerenia injection, and I was told he should not vomit for the next 24 hours. However, no one informed me that he was supposed to avoid food and water for eight hours afterward. When I returned to the clinic, the veterinarian personally acknowledged that he had forgotten to provide those instructions.
