I have had contact with them three different times. All were good experiences, as a matter of fact the first call I made after getting notified of my impending lay-off was to Instatech, then to my wife. I am surprised to see a negative review due to the fact they made sure there would be no problems right from the start, even so far as to help me with a company that tried to do the wrong thing.
