Excellent communication and professional service. I use this very affordable service regularly as Doctor consultations are expensive, when you can get in!
Don’t waste your time or money, just do a Telehealth with a bulk billing GP. I made an appointment to get some scripts refilled, took photos, attached them to the request and they cancelled my appointment 30 minutes before saying ‘please see a GP in person’. I made an appointment with my GP and got what I needed, fee of charge and bulk billed, but it was inconvenient.
Fantastic service - only 40mins wait for a doctor consultation and a script sent starlight away.
Honestly a life saver in obtaining the medication to treat my peri oral dermatitis. Other in person GPs completely ignored my concerns; however Instascripts was all over it. Booking a consult was quick and easy, and I was able attach photos. I waited a bit over an hour for a phone call, but was able to carry on with my day during said time (way better than sitting stuck in a medical centre).
