So very caring. Fast and efficient service. Better than waiting 2 weeks for normal GP
Used to be a quick and handy service before it was popular, now wait times are way too long even though most consultations last a few minutes at best. Also had doctors cancel consultations after hours of waiting because they couldn’t provide the ‘treatment’ needed. It was ear drops for an ear infection, which I’ve gotten before through the app and is a very minor request… Pretty useless and frustrating depending on which doctor you get, some clearly just want medical certificate requests so they don’t have to do any actual w... read more
Waited two hours for a doctor who only gave me 2 weeks worth of script. What’s the point! Should have just gone to my GP in the first place. Serious waste of time.
Terrible experience, feeling very scammed. I needed a repeat prescription that I regularly receive from my GP. I couldn't get an appointment with my usual doctor and urgently needed my medication. The website advised there would be approximately a 110-minute wait, but I didn't receive a call until around four hours later, despite InstantScripts saying they aim to call patients within about an hour.
