Called and they said they would take me as a same day appointment, I drove 50min in pain and they said they would no longer be taking any more patients for the day!
I made an appointment online then 4 hours before the appointment I called to switch it to a walk-in. There was no mention of same day cancelation fee. When we walked in at 1:00 they gave a time of 2:30pm and we were seen at 4:30pm then they charged $25 for canceling the original appointment. What a scam!
I visited instant Ortho AZ and saw Dr. Cassat for severe neck and arm pain, tingling, and twitching. Despite my symptoms making it hard to function or sleep, he attributed it to posture and mild rotator cuff arthritis, offered no imaging or steroids, gave me ibuprofen and told me to follow up in a month.
