I made an appointment online then 4 hours before the appointment I called to switch it to a walk-in. There was no mention of same day cancelation fee. When we walked in at 1:00 they gave a time of 2:30pm and we were seen at 4:30pm then they charged $25 for canceling the original appointment. What a scam!

I visited instant Ortho AZ and saw Dr. Cassat for severe neck and arm pain, tingling, and twitching. Despite my symptoms making it hard to function or sleep, he attributed it to posture and mild rotator cuff arthritis, offered no imaging or steroids, gave me ibuprofen and told me to follow up in a month. Less than 24 hours later, an ER MRI revealed a C5–C6 disc bulge and bone spur with severe nerve impingement. I was immediately started on steroids and referred to a spine specialist. I went to the Scottsdale location to have my large knee effusion treated, and Kaitlin Kuehne was the one who helped me by removing the fluid from my knee. She is the nicest person—very caring, soft-spoken, and knowledgeable. I didn't feel rushed and very patient with me. I’m so grateful to have had her assist me!
