Took my wife to Instant Ortho Arizona in Gilbert Arizona after waited 2 1/2 hours,We we’re able to have x-rays done of her cervical and lumbar when after that we were finally seen by Travis Tirk P.A he told my wife he was going to send her a referral to go see a surgeon and that he was going to send in some anti-inflammatory medication to her pharmacy that was on Monday, March 3 on March 7, She still does not have her prescription nor herReferral. They claim appointments are seen faster than walk-ins. Well I am here posting that this is incorrect. We scheduled an appointment for my husband and we sat in the waiting room for almost an hour without being called until i spoke to the front desk. This is extremely frustrating when you have other things to do and they make you wait way beyond your appointment time. Do not go here if you have other appointments because they’ll make you lose them.
Horrible wait time even with an appointment. Don't go here unless you have a whole day to spare.
