Where do i begin…. Our world class experience started with Jennifer who was super prompt and helpful in getting us scheduled ASAP. Then we got to Meet Tony and Mike, professionals with heart and compassion who made us feel at ease the moment they took a look at our 22 yr old failed HVAC system. Gil and Jeremy are the best. My hot water heater blew out. Instant Services was the first company to respond. When they got here, they noticed that the hot water heater was in an unusual place, with its base about 10 feet off the ground. Instead of complaining, Gil and Jeremy went back to their shop, picked up scaffolding, and installed a new water heater on the same day. Most people wouldn’t do that, they’d reschedule. This is exceptionally high quality service and I couldn’t be happier.
Darren (the technician who did the troubleshooting and repairs on my condensing unit), was very professional, knowledgeable and very personable. He completed the repairs in a timely manner while answering any questions or concerns that I had. Great job young Man! Keep up the good work.
Gil came today for an emergency service to swap out my hot water heater for a new one. I was greeted at the door with a smiling face and a bubbly personality. He explained everything that was going to happen and how long he would be. The service was completed in a professional, timely fashion without any issues. Our problem happened right before the holiday and we called a few number before connecting with Instant Services. They were able to come out the next day. Darren was on time, polite, and respectful. He was quick to let us know the problem and how he would fix it. We definitely recommend them!!
