We recently had a new all electric heat pump installed by Instant Air Services, and the experience was exceptional. The entire process, from the initial meeting to the finally cleanup was handled professionally. Since we converted from a gas system we had numerous questions, all of which were answered clearly and quickly. Gil and Jeremy are the best. My hot water heater blew out. Instant Services was the first company to respond. When they got here, they noticed that the hot water heater was in an unusual place, with its base about 10 feet off the ground. Instead of complaining, Gil and Jeremy went back to their shop, picked up scaffolding, and installed a new water heater on the same day. Most people wouldn’t do that, they’d reschedule. This is exceptionally high quality service and I couldn’t be happier.

Instant Services should be called EXCELLENT Services!! The absolute best HVAC company on the planet! Logan & Matt handled this job. Very professional, knowledgeable, and answered all my typical customer annoying questions 😅 I am a techie myself so I notice issues & there were none. Completely seamless & clean.

Darren (the technician who did the troubleshooting and repairs on my condensing unit), was very professional, knowledgeable and very personable. He completed the repairs in a timely manner while answering any questions or concerns that I had. Great job young Man! Keep up the good work.
