Techs were fantastic! They were very professional, explained what they were doing and explained what the problem was. They cleaned up their work area too. Representatives I spoke to on the phone setting up the appointment were super friendly and professional, and they did their best to squeeze me in with my emergency AC unit replacement. I couldn’t be happier with this company!! 5 stars. Great job Everyone.
I had a great experience with Instant Services . JT was awesome, professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and took the time to make sure our air conditioner was fixed before he left, even though it meant staying later than expected. I really appreciated his dedication and the way he represented the company. I would definitely recommend Instant services to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service.
Our a/c quit on July 4th. I called Instant services because of their rating. Tony came out and gave us a very fair quote. JT diagnosed the issues and was very nice and respectful as were the entire crew. I opted to get a new heater as well due to its age. I highly recommend Instant services.

Recently used Instant Services to replace an old, broken a/c condenser and coil. The estimator, Mike, was personable and genuine and followed up with me without any pressure to go with them and even negotiated with me to keep me in budget. (Which is hard to find these days). Took a bit waiting on the item to be delivered. But when it was in, Jennifer in the office tracked me down along with Mike to get me scheduled for installation.
