Gil came today for an emergency service to swap out my hot water heater for a new one. I was greeted at the door with a smiling face and a bubbly personality. He explained everything that was going to happen and how long he would be. The service was completed in a professional, timely fashion without any issues. A big shout out to Gill, who did an excellent job diagnosing our tankless water heater. Very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, respectful of our home, and personable. He told my husband what he we was going to do, and did it, then gave us a thorough explanation of what he found. Left the work area exactly as he found it. Instant Services should be called EXCELLENT Services!! The absolute best HVAC company on the planet! Logan & Matt handled this job. Very professional, knowledgeable, and answered all my typical customer annoying questions 😅 I am a techie myself so I notice issues & there were none. Completely seamless & clean.
I had a whole new Heater and AC installed in my house and wow what a difference it made. These guys were great and they kept the house very clean and used tarp to cover everything. Jose and Darren were both my techs and they were awesome. Very informative and made sure they explained everything they were doing. They made sure everything was up and running correctly before they left my house. Also, the office staff very helpfully and friendly. I will highly recommend these guys for any and all of your HVAC concerns.
Tony the owner and Jose the technician were great. They not only gave advise they also shopped me the best deal on a new installation. Thier work and professionalism were unmatched after I had a nightmare trying to do it myself. I would and will recommend them to anyone needing hvac work.
