Wiener of Instant Realty filed my tax return and misrepresented my income and primary resident state for the year 2020.Not only that he misrepresented my income resulting in audit requests from the tax boards and ultimately a tax levy/garnishments of my bank accounts due to his error. I have proof and evidence going back to June of 2021– me contacting and emailing Wiener to please fix my returns and he refused.
