Had to use the these guys for a large party I was hosting at my house. I had originally planned on picking up the toilets myself but as my ute was in the garage I had to organise delivery and collection. Nothing was too much hassle and the guys really helped me out and were totally professional throughout. Thank you and be sure to use again when needed.

On the 2nd May 2023, I was driving on the freeway behind one of your company cars. As they were going under the speed limit I decided to go around them. There were two males in the car who passed heading towards Perth city. The continued to swerve in and out of my lane to "scare" me. Once I was on the off ramp at Hutton Street they waved at me as if I had done something wrong.

I’ve been using instant group for a couple of years at a number of events. Service is always great, toilets clean and always reliable.

After weeks of liaising with them just trying to simply book a portable toilet, they changed the price 4 times, lost my details, changed my quote repeatedly and got the wrong product and the wrong dates. Go to pay, and they've literally tripled the quote again. Don't do it, they can't even give you 1 correct quote let alone stick to it. Absolute joke of a company

Absolutely appalling, Warning! They don't pay their bills. Do not supply any products to this company without payment first. We have supplied goods ordered by email in October '21 by company operation manager, custom product was manufactured as priority, delivered by express freight, USED by the company, and after months gone past and extended emails and telephone contacts pursuing payment, now the payment has been refused with utter arrogance of the managing director "we do not accept your charges" "denying authorisation of... read more
