Pulled in and told the person working there, that I needed an oil change but I wanted to know how much first, and I didn't want synthetic oil. He then walked around my vehicle, opened the hood, and scanned the sticker on my windshield. Then proceeded with the oil change. Said nothing to me. When finished told me it was $82.99. I asked that is for regular oil not synthetic. He said "yes". I reminded him I asked for the price first. Told him I would not have had it done. Then came back with a bill for $69.19. I paid for it.
