I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent experience. I attempted to contact your office for assistance, but my call was not answered at first. When the call was finally picked up, it was disconnected while I was speaking. "I recently visited Instant Dental Care: S.T. Sawa & Associates D.D.S. in El Cajon, California, and I must say that it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Sawa was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Let me just say anyone can write a review, the people that write bad reviews need to take a minute and think what if every person you met everyday wrote a review on you? I am sure you would not get 5 stars every time. My experience with Dr. Sawa nothing less then perfect, this man is not only the best implant dentist in San Diego (my opinion) but he is the most knowledgeable person I have ever met. Dr. Sawa needs to be investigated. All his practice needs to be inspected, his office papers verified and his patients needs to be heard. He deserves no stars.
