I ordered a set of plans from them for my house. I was Promised that minor changes would be free of charge if needed. HOA and planning and zoning board requested a set of plans that didn’t have furniture in them that I didn’t ask form. I was told it would be $70 after being told 6 weeks ago that’s minor changes like removing furniture that I didn’t ask for would be free. When confronted/ shown what she had told me, she basically says that was then. This is now. Spend your money other places than with this crook.
