Gage is a very, very hard worker, he went way far and beyond his call of duty. He was very thorough inspecting with a fine tooth comb, very compassionte and understanding of how we felt about the situation. He made sure everything was done to a tee. He was the same at the followup visit. Wonderful and professional company and employee. I highly recommend Instant Bed Bug Assasins, they will do the job right and thorough. The best!!!
Gage was on time, and very thorough! He was kind enough to catch my cat who had somehow got back inside and put her back out! Follow-up 4/18/25: Chris came today for my post treatment f/u preventative treatment. She was on time, very polite, thorough, and friendly. I highly recommend this company and their service. You won’t be disappointed!
From start to finish the company was fast and professional. Adam went over the process and answered all of our questions while getting ready for treatment. The day of treatment Gage showed up 10 minutes early! He was thorough on the walk through, going over the process, paperwork and the actual treatment! Gage and the others I talked with at the company are genuinely compassionate and understanding, which made the whole process easier! So thankful for this company! They are truly Bed Bug Assassins!
IBBA was incredible and Gage is truly amazing. It is so refreshing to work with a company who respects your privacy in such a overwhelming embarrassing time such as this. Gage has been incredible to work with, kind, understanding, patient and just an all around nice guy. I would recommend IBBA and Gage to anyone unlucky enough like myself that would need these services. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my home safe again fory children.
