We had got a bed from someone for our daughter from someone who got it for us. I had told the person no because I didn’t have the money. The person bought it from a garage sale, and bought it over. I would recommend going with a different company, I figured with a name like that they would be good they were not, came home to my rooms all messed up, did not complete the job had them out a few times still not taken care of, and definitely don’t trust a company that makes you turn off all your cameras, went with a different company that got it done fast and at half the price. I’m unhappy with the services provided by this company terrible performance, I had bed bugs and called them after reading their website the things they advertised is false, they had came out multiple times and still didn’t get the job done leaving my house in disarray and I had enough, I would recommend going with a different company. I ended up with Orkin and they got the job done their first try in and out in an hour and even did a follow up to confirm everything was taken care of, and at a better price and faster service
We purchased a piece of furniture that ended up being infested with these horrible bugs, and Bill Layman came out same day! The treatment went great, and we haven't had issues since. I'm extremely happy with Bill's service, and the warranty gives me extra confidence that our house is now safe!
They were very professional and nice. However, service was poor. Their heat nor chemical treatments did not work. They offered to keep coming back and treating, but there is no point, it doesn't work! Not only that, it is an inconvenience to leave my home for multiple hours so they can treat. It is too much work to prep the house and put it back together. The answer can't be for them to just keep coming out and displacing us for the day. I would not recommend.
