I got a car from instant auto finance in aug 31 and the check engine lights comes on and reduces speed the brakes are loud and front and back makes noise goin over bumps so I get it looked at and it’s something with the engine and the floor gets wet !! I need front and back work and have not had it 3 months yet . I had come back the next day and did not get help with the car ride with the windows down . Crazy
If I could give them 0 I would they dont care about you once you leave the lot you have issues they put a bandaid on it call it fixed then here you 3-4 times going back up there because all of these issues I believe they sold me a piece of junk they know nothing about any of these cars the man didnt even know how to turn my windshield wipers off that shouldve been my queue to exit but I didnt and now Im stuck with c*** Ill never do a car payment in life ever again!
**I advise extreme caution to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from this dealership** I purchased my 2013 Ford Edge on 03/06/21. Two weeks later, the check engine light came on and I took it to ******** **** *****to have the code(s) read - at that time it stated the Mass Airflow Sensor needed to be cleaned or replaced. Instant Auto Finance has all vehicles inspected before they are made ready to sell. There were not any known issues with the 2013 Ford Edge that Ms. G*** purchased on 3/6/2021. We have honored the Limited Warranty that is given to the customer at time of closing, and are paying for half of all the repairs. The finance company also loaned Ms. G*** a portion of her responsibility at zero percent interest to assist with the repairs. The vehicle repair will be completed and ready for pickup on 5/27/2021.
