They came and installed the window, yes. But when they installed it, they left it incorrectly and rescheduled many times to come back and eventually blocked our number. I have 0 window experience and i was able to fix it by messing around with it. Maybe I should work there? 2 failed inspections and 120 dollars in fees plus buying supplies to fix it and it finally passed. I’d just go somewhere else. Great and wonderful job. Customer service and attention was excellent
NOT a good experience!!! I hired them to do a replacement window in my son's house in Deltona. They installed the window but it did not pass inspection. I tried many times to get them back to fix it and Reece in the office kept on scheduling appointments but Melvin postponed every time. I left them voice messages, texts and emails with NO response. I guess once they got my money they no longer had any interest in fixing their work. I now have to hire someone else to fix the window so that it will pass inspection. Go elsewher... read more
