The cameras they installed never worked properly. The video quality was poor, and the system kept disconnecting. I called multiple times for help, but they kept making excuses and never fixed the problem. Total waste of time and money.

I scheduled an installation with InstallTech and they not only arrived hours late but didn’t even bring the right equipment. The technician seemed clueless, and no one followed up afterward. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating from start to finish.

Trying to get any help after installation was impossible. Every time I called, I was put on hold or transferred to someone else. No one ever gave me clear answers or followed through on promises. Terrible customer service.

I was quoted a reasonable price, but by the end of the job, the bill was nearly double. They added random charges without explaining them. I felt deceived and taken advantage of—definitely not a company I would recommend.

InstallTech came to install our security camera system, but left the job half-done. Several cameras weren’t connected properly, and they didn’t configure the network settings. When we called to report the issue, they kept passing the blame and never returned to finish the job.
