I have been dealing with a installation problem for a long time now on two homes. It has created a tremendous amount of damage. Once management found out what the problem was they started ignoring me. Will not respond. Apparently I am not the only one. They have actually shut down the office in our area. How do you shut down in an area when business is booming?
because there driver should learn some safety tips. He should not cut off a big truck going northbound on I-5 at 5:30 in the evening stop and go traffic at exit 305 just because he's in a hurry. you don't run up the right side and cut someone off when it's a solid line.
Terrible experience with this company. Already filed a complaint with BBB, and proceeding with additional action. DO NOT contract this company. Poor workmanship and unfathomable unprofessionalism.
