John was very professional and straightforward to deal with. He gave me an honest assessment without pressuring me to make a decision. He was fully transparent on costs, the pros/cons of certain options, and even documented everything with a helpful prospoal online that answered most of my questions after the initial visit. The install crew was also thorough, friendly, detail oriented, and did a great job overall.
InstallArtifical were brilliant from start to finish. They responded to the first query swiftly, measured our space a day or two later, and then managed to get the job done within the same week. They were professional during the entire process and explained every aspect of the process clearly. Every person we dealt with was really helpful and responsive too. The result was excellent. I definitely recommend this company and team.
John and his crew were the best. I had a putting green installed and there was an issue with the turf (manufacturing defect) John noticed things weren't right and actually initiated the fix. A true professional, they will take care of you every step of the way and they do amazing, detailed work.
