Bought an oven from Bing Lee who referred me to this company for installation. They don't respond to you via email and they don't pick up when you call them. The original date of the installation was changed with no notice, I just received an automated email. Highly unprofessional, I would not recommend. Avoid this company. I would rather pay double for a reliable company.
Bought oven, cooktop and range hood from Bing Lee. Was referred to this company for installation and removal of existing appliances. Communication not very good. Was booked for 5/8 for the job, received an sms to advise change of date to 10/8, after I had arranged to take a day off work. I called and they put my installation back to 5/8. Absolutely hopeless. I have been calling them every day to try to cancel a job that was assigned to me by The Good Guys and they don’t reply to any emails nor pick up the phone at all. If this is how they treat you when you need to contact them then that’s obviously a good sign not to use them for any job. Avoid this company.
Poor experience. They first gave me a written quote of $219 for cooktop installation. After I paid a 10% deposit they said it was an error and they had actually meant 290. When I protested they agreed for 219 but the installer then tricked me into buying a small tube for $70 to bring the total amount to nearly 290. I realized what they were doing but by then it was too late. Simply speaking, cheats! Don't go with them, use your local plumber.
Never use this company. Installed my unit on dirt. Refused to fix
