We used these guys in 2016 to replace our roof, should have reviewed them then. Better late than never, though. Salesman said that we had at least two decks and possibly four that needed to be replaced due to water damage. Quote included two replacement decks as part of the price. Also guaranteed that workers would be InstallAmerica employees driving company-branded vehicles. I got 6 new windows. I do like the windows and noticed a good change. But the day after of the install, all 6 of my windows had cracked caulking and the outside 1 window was not caulked. It took about 3 weeks to be able to get back on their schedule to come back and fix it. He was supposed to be here on a Friday but didn't show, I guess due to IT technical issues. These people are scammers. Never ordered anything and they keep calling. From other reviews on the site, looks like the work they do is also of poor quality. Please STOP CALLING AND TEXTING!
