Very happy with my visit and would highly recommend
I went to dr was seen by np not a dr.Got my bill for 611.00.I was in there total of 17 min total.Got steroid shot and that was it.It was documented as new patient.Ive been there several time was not a new patient.Had 50 copay on top of that .Ridiculous no wander our premiums are so high.
Went to be seen for sinus infection symptoms. After spending $100 in co-pay for myself and my son, I told to take OTC mucinex and Tylenol. Symptoms quickly worsened and provider did not return call as promised. When called a second time, Heather was rude and told me I’d have to pay for another visit. Don’t go here. Buddy Collins, NP doesn’t know what he is doing and you will end up paying for another visit because of his incompetence. I had a blessed experience at insta care in Jefferson City. They got me in quickly, the medical assistant and PA-C Alex Stidham did a awesome job listening to me and making sure that I got the best care that I could and the guy that gave me my shots was fast and easy didn't hurt at all. I will be back the next time I need care and will refer them to others.
Amazing bedside manner, very professional, patient and knowledgeable will definitely be coming back to Alex!!!!!
