I can't say enough good things about this company! The owner Tim has been amazing!!! I had back surgery over a year ago to hopefully correct my bladder issues...I found out I would have to do self catheterization probably for the rest of my life at 48 years old...I am facing another surgery next week and im having to use catheters more frequently now, explained to Tim that I was running out and he had them delivered the next day..as well as samples that my insurance wouldn't cover! I am not one to usually send reviews, but I have been dealing with Instacare for a few years on my husband’s behalf and Tim and Maura have gone above and beyond. Needed supplies are always sent quickly, my many questions answered professionally. I highly recommend this company!!!!
I found this business on the medicare website trying to get a CGM for a family member. I have been in conversation with Tim to get the meter after some discussion on the model. It took longer than expected and I was beginning to wonder but Tim did follow up and the meter came and the sensors are on monthly reorder. Tim continues to follow up to see that everything is as expected. Very reassuring dealing with a website and phone to complete the transaction.
My grandmother needed help getting medical supplies for my grandfather and Instacare went above and beyond to ensure that she received everything she needed and all the supplies were covered under her insurance! Thank you Instacare!
