Wonderful staff!!!
So I previously left a review and read it a one for the Starr and I noticed that I did not put the location so I would like to come back to put the location of this particular agency headquarters is located in West Orange or Orange and they were the worst!!! Every week, a new health aid is coming in or was coming in a lot of times they had no knowledge of a lot of things as far as how to fix the wheelchair clean the patient things of that nature. I really had the worst experience for my parent.
The home health aids are not consistent nor do they know what they’re doing. The management is not professional. One of his home health aids broke a $300 upright walker and instead of him taking responsibility for it. He wanted to argue. I wouldn’t send or refer. I should say anyone to them not even a dog. The worst home health agency that I’ve experienced for my mother, which is why I would never get them again, so please be aware.
Good Agency for our loved ones, especially Mildred Hector she’s very nice, sensitive to your needs and concerns and very caring !!
