Very disappointed with this clinic. I went to this clinic for my annual check up in 2023. I received so many bills even though I paid my copay. When I contacted the office to name and acknowledge the billing codes they submitted to my insurance and how that led to additional bills even though my visit didn't entail all they billed, they let me know they'd void the bills but I was no longer welcome to receive care at their facility. From the minute I stepped through the doors the staff made me feel comfortable and at ease. They were personable and extremely friendly! I will continue to go to this clinic and would highly recommend it.
Mya greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in. Mya then proceeded to tell me everything I needed to know about my Botox appointment (explain the difference between Xeomin vs Botox, what signs and symptoms to look out for etc.) Capri Reese, NP was excellent in asking exactly what I wanted to achieve with Xeomin. They informed me about a 2 week follow up and even called to check in after a week to make sure everything was okay and I didn't have any adverse effects.
