I wish I could give aero stars to this establishment. I always mark my oil filters before getting an oil change. They have failed twice to replace my filter with a new one. That will create issues with my engine down the line. I Can not in good conscious to let others be hoodwinked by this company. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
Dishonest business practices and lack of integrity from employees.
Regrettably, this establishment did not meet my expectations. It was a distressing experience to discover that my mountain bike and various tools had been misappropriated, and it seemed as if the personnel at the shop were not being entirely forthright about this event. Fortunately, I had the foresight to equip my bike with a tracking device. The Corona Police Department intervened and successfully managed to retrieve my items. Unacceptable business practices this establishment lacks honesty integrity and I wouldn’t trust anyone one working there to work on my car. Do better and have integrity!
