Really appreciated the patience of the guy answering the phone to look up my car model and to give me an accurate price quote for the oil change.
Fast and friendly service. I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and there is never a wait and the guys are always polite.
I have been going here for years with my car and it was only upon my last visit after ~ 8 oil changes that I realized that they had been under filling the oil. They hadn’t checked to see which engine was in the car. After I asked them why it wasn’t the expected volume. They doubled back and realized their mistake. But on the other end instead of apologizing or really being willing to talk about the previous oil changes, the owner pressed on with the paperwork and said it will be $100 next time. Sad to say.
