They used to be really good! But the new guys the manager has hired are thieves! Gave the dude 80 dollars, and the total was 51.39! He only gave us 8.61! Then he wanted to play dumb and called his manager and lied about the money we gave him. CHRIS! You won't have any good luck, sir!
Never going back to this place. I usually get the leftover oil of the 5 quarts container, I paid for. I specifically ask the service writer name Corona for the new container of 5 quarts, for which he played dumb and they used oil from unknown container. I'll be boycotting this place. I wouldn't recommend this oil change place to anyone.
Went in for a transmission service, a complete fluid flush. What I got was a pan drain via a drain plug so no pan removal was done. They replaced the 4 qts of fluid and charged me $239.00 for this "service" I will not be going back. This place is a ripoff.
I've been taking my cars to Insta Lube for more than 10 years. I always appreciate the prompt, quality service and great prices that they provide.
