The administration team is really bad at scheduling and communicating. We scheduled a session through phone call and submitted all the required paperwork later on. Followed up multiple times via email to confirm the appointment prior to the appointment but Nobody responded. We still decided to show up for the appointment, the front door was locked and our therapist was not there. Not sure what’s going on with their admin team but they need to be more responsive. Very frustrating to deal with.
I needed extra help and I didn't know where to go. I heard about Inspiring Purpose and it's been such a good fit for me. The director of behavioral health, Stephenie Robinson is patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. I had her for IOP and the progress I've seen with myself through the program made me think about switching to her for my individual therapy as well. I highly recommend Stephenie and Inspiring Purpose as a whole.
