Highly recommend Beth and the Rise Up Program. I've been doing it for 2 months and have found it very easy to follow. The weekly check-ins are helpful and also the flexibility of the program. I struck to it very strictly for the first month and was able to go on vacation while primarily sticking with it! I even taught some of my family and friends some better eating habits. Beth, Erik and I did the sugar cleanse. I did not take advantage of everything you provided, but we followed the 7 day cleanse and I lost 10 lbs. (And have kept it off.) I also had my glucose tested last week and I am no longer pre-diabetic. I am so grateful to you for this and I wanted to make sure I told you.

Beth was really helpful by determining What has been giving my kid his healthy issues. But what I appreciated the most was the confidence in the guidance after we have determined it and how to focus on the solution. She’s been very supportive and responsive when I had questions.
