I recently visited a new eye doctor for an exam. After the routine exam, I was offered another test to check for antioxidant absorption for a small additional fee. The doctor explained that antioxidants are good for your eyes so I thought it would be a good idea to get an initial reading. He said that the average reading was around 18,000 but mine was 42,000 (in the very good range) At my last visit, Beth explained that there are lots of good antioxidants in the supplements I take. They really make a difference.
I have been working with Beth now for a handful of months. I came in with anxiety, gut issues, brain fog and lack of energy. I had my 6th baby two years ago and feel that journey depleted my body. 2025 Review: I started out 2025 with Beth's 7-day sugar cleanse to reset and start getting back into the habit of eating clean and healthy. I signed up for the Rise Up program in late January, went on vacation and then started digging into the program when I got back. I have been with Beth of Inspiring Health Solutions for 4 months.
