I recently complete the Rise Up program with Beth. I joined because I was struggling to make changes on my own, and Beth's program gave me the tools and support I needed. Highly recommend Beth and the Rise Up Program. I've been doing it for 2 months and have found it very easy to follow. The weekly check-ins are helpful and also the flexibility of the program. I struck to it very strictly for the first month and was able to go on vacation while primarily sticking with it! I even taught some of my family and friends some better eating habits. Beth was really helpful by determining What has been giving my kid his healthy issues. But what I appreciated the most was the confidence in the guidance after we have determined it and how to focus on the solution. She’s been very supportive and responsive when I had questions.

I have been with Beth of Inspiring Health Solutions for 4 months. I'm down 23 lbs, have less joint pain, more energy and the A Fib I was experiencing before I started working with Beth is non existent! My sessions made me aware of my goals and bad habits. I'm learning how to take control of my health, something I have been wanting to do for a long time. I have been working with Beth now for a handful of months. I came in with anxiety, gut issues, brain fog and lack of energy. I had my 6th baby two years ago and feel that journey depleted my body.
