We were with this agency for a little over a year and we seen about 6-7 unqualified nursing aids come to care for mom. She was supposed to receive care from a qualified CNA but I believe the director just sent anybody who would work. The nurses would call out but the director wouldn’t even notify me that nobody was coming. I had to call every weekend to see if a nurse aid was coming.
