Biased and rude. Refuses to be a professional and takes sides consistently. Would not recommend for anyone trying to legitimately work on their co-parenting skills.

Terrible case management. My fiancé and I came here to get help with our relationship. I relapsed with a substance but quit with the help of my then fiancé. Afterwards we did nothing but argue with each other, I had become mentally and verbally abusive. My ex was addicted to gaming online to the point of neglect in many aspects of our life. Their co-parent counseling was the worst experience of my whole custody battle! My ex played Susan like a fiddle by playing victim, projecting, and ranting. Rather than being coached through this unhealthy behavior, she got rewarded for it. Susan let her frequently hijack the entire session and called me “angry” if I tried to bring us back on topic for some kind of closure.
