Terrible service! Started 30 minutes late and didn’t give me the service I paid for. I paid for a keratin treatment and after doing research on the internet on the process and she didn’t even give me the treatment. She just used keratin shampoo and that isn’t how the treatment is done. After leaving the appointment my hair poofed up and the whole point of keratin is to prevent that. She also charged me $160 instead of the remaining balance of $110. She overall not a good stylist and I will be filing a lawsuit.

I went here twice. I had been natural for a little over two years and I decided to get a silk press. My hair came out beautiful and I loved it. I was charged $75. I thought that was a little high for a silk press, but I didn’t mind because it was so pretty. My hair lasted for about a week and a half.
