I recently join ILF and have been extremely happy here. The classes are great as are the instructors. I already am seeing more muscle and feel stronger in my body. Would highly recommend especially if you’re someone like me that isn’t easily self motivated at the gym.

Amazing culture! Inspiring coaches! Kind members! Did a drop in class while visiting my sister in Beaverton. Let me tell you, the culture at this place in impeccable. I can sometimes struggle with anxiety when going to a new gym. Not so at Inspired Life Fitness. They were all so welcoming and the hour flew by! I do CrossFit at home and this class absolutely rocked me. In a good way! Think I’ll go back tomorrow for another round before heading home.

Absolutely LOVE Inspired Life Fitness!!! If you want to get your workout on, this is the place! You will sweat, laugh and have a blast! They will challenge, support and encourage you without fail from beginning to end. Phenomenal coaches, awesome energetic atmosphere. Moved up from Salem and found this awesome place! I was looking for a gym that felt like a community. During my first visit I met some awesome people and now regularly lift with them 3x a week. Each class is unique and offers a variety of weights and exercises. You won’t regret checking it out! The trainers and athletes are welcoming, and will push you through the workouts! Shawn and Tiffany have a great gym! I was challenged by the workout and everyone was super positive and encouraging. The workout was total body with a good balance of strength and cardio and I was able to work at my pace. It was my first time but I’d love to visit again whenever I am in town. Thanks to Inspired Life Fitness- I’m wiped out, but I feel great!
