Horrible company to work for.
This service takes care of my disabled neighbor and when their caretaker didn't show up for the day I found her crawling down our hall half naked. When we called Inspire, they were very unresponsive and finally told me to call 911.
My caregiver is frequently too self-absorbed to attend to me.
Nirmla Johnson of Inspired Care and her team of caregivers were extremely kind, generous, calm, knowledgeable, efficient, and good listeners. From the first intake phone call, Nirmla was always there for us and quickly responded to every changing situation, and she went out of her way to continuously support and help us during a very difficult time. Thank you, Nirmla and the caregivers; you were sturdy rocks we could cling to in our sea of confusion, despair, and grief.
