Started coming here during the winter because I needed a routine outside work and home. The trainers don’t pressure anyone into expensive packages, which I respect. I usually spend an hour here after dinner and the atmosphere stays positive even when crowded. Bathrooms are cleaned regularly too.
This gym has completely changed my life! When I moved to Evergreen I was so worried about leaving my old gym behind but this community welcomed me immediately. The class options are incredible, the instructors are talented and truly care about every person in the room, and the energy is so positive and motivating every single time. The variety of classes for every fitness level means there is always something perfect for where you are on your journey. So grateful to have found this place!
Love the energy of this studio! Many class offerings with something for everyone. The instructors are amazing and really challenge you without being pushy or judgy like some other studios. Incredibly welcoming to newcomers so also not cliquey like some other studios. The owner is AMAZING! Top notch studio.

When I moved to Evergreen I deeply grieved the gym I left behind, but then I found Inspire! I love this gym. Wonderful selection of class times and class options. Love that there is a wide array of options. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The instructors are great at tailoring exercises. Also don’t be deceived if you walk in and are on the “younger” side because you’re still gonna get your booty kicked. I am so glad I found this place and look forward to continue spending time with this awesome community.
