I am normally very nervous about going to the dentist. But after my first visit at Inspired Family Dental I left feeling excited about the plan the Dr has to improve my smile. Thank you all for making me feel comfortable during my visit.
DO NOT GO HERE!! All they are interested is taking your money. I went there for a crown, I had to come back three different times and they still couldn't get the crown to fit. The short chubby girl at the desk is so rude and it has to be her first experience in customer service. I was never told how much my crown would be, when I got there the chubby girl immediately asked me for $600, which I was never told to bring that, I brought $300 and they said I can pay the other $300 after the crown was put it. Dr. Schotthoefer and her clinicians took wonderful care of me today. They professionally addressed my concerns and gently worked on my teeth. I am grateful for their warm and friendly environment. My children like it here, too!
