From my first meeting with Beth, I was so happy with her expertise in designing cabinetry for three closets and my laundry room. Her experience was quite evident with the questions she asked which led us to a great set of well thought out plans for the projects. Grateful for my closet build! I made an inquiry for a closet consultation and Katie was able to come out to Fredericksburg same day. She did measurements and designed my project to make use of the closet space. I was lucky that she was my rep as she was knowledgeable about the materials and ideas. Demo with full paint job was done by Ronnie and then detailed install by Taylor. Everyone was professional, skilled, and very nice. Amazing experience through the process with the whole team. Excited to use my new space. =)
5 star review for a 5 star closets!! JoAnn was extremely helpful throughout the design process for our master closet as well as our boys' closets. We worked remotely with her, as we were building a house outside of San Antonio. Although we had to do the design via Zoom, she made fabulous suggestions and wow it was so easy. Installation was also a breeze. We were able to do a walk thru with the guys and they were helpful and reassured us they would come back if ANYTHING went wrong. Awesome overall design, solid craftsman shift, and a wonderfully professional staff from the design team, to the financial department and the carpenters! Katie Robinson was flexible with my schedule, she came to my home, heard my ideas, and drafted a design that we adjusted along the way to perfection. Manny and his team arrived as scheduled and did a wonderful job installing my closet and entertainment center! I love the transformation and organization they brought to my new home. 10/10 experience!
Joann knocked this one out of the park with her excellent design skills, tailoring my closet build to my exacting specifications. Troy and Jacob came to do the install which went FLAWLESSLY, taking extra time to make sure every minute detail was accounted for. Excellent work done by this team and 100% would use them again!
