Extremely disappointed with the lack of basic customer service from this local business. After calling to book some work, Steve requested an email with the job details, which I sent on the day . He promised to come by and measure the job in two weeks.Two weeks came and went with zero communication no follow up , no call ,no visit, absolutely nothing !!! . Awesome service and value for money. These guys have made 2 sets of custom cabinets for our home with flawless results. 5 stars!
Their customer service is seriously amazing. They go above and beyond to ensure that you are happy. Super efficient and well as you can tell, I just can't praise these guys enough. This probably sounds like a fake review, but they are genuinely bloody amazing. Their pricing for laminate benchtops is almost half that of other cabinet makers in Wang too. Cheers Steve and Stephen for all your help. Looks great.
