I have gone to this salon for a year or two and I never had a bad experience until , THIS WEEK š¢ ! I went to have my hair done with some touch up on the roots , as well as a hair trim , like I always do every 6 weeks ! I said to my stylist that I wanted to add to my hair color some golden blonde highlights all over to lighten my face ! She said she would not have enough time in my appointment to do so !
