First contacted Sergio about a leak in my roof after days of heavy rain. He responded promptly and came out same day to give an estimate. Came out the next day and completed the work. Contacted him a second time to get new gutters and once again he responded promptly, came out same day to measure and give me an estimate (which was very competitive) stated he could start the work the next day. Sergio was professional. He arrived to bid the job on time, sent to bid over exactly as described, then followed up with a schedule after we accepted. He arrived on time and introduced his guys started the job and sent us updates daily. They showed up each day early and worked until dark. The job was completed as bid, on time with no extra costs or surprises. The best contractor we have had out. He replaced the siding, trim and painted our home. Kimg's Christian House of Prayer had Hardie cenent siding installed to our fellowship hall. The job was completed in timely professional manner. Every concern was addressed, clear insstructions were received with the willingness to know what would satisfy us as the customer.
