I can’t say enough good things about the care I’ve received at Inspire Psychiatric. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. Madison is always kind, professional, and goes out of her way to create a warm, inviting environment. Most importantly, Laurie, my provider truly understands me. She listens with compassion, takes the time to really hear what I’m saying, and works with me to find the best path forward. I’ve never felt judged or rushed—just supported, respected, and genuinely cared for.
Inspire is exceptional in the service they provide! From my first call to my most recent appointment, I am beyond happy that I found them several years ago. I've referred friends and family and everyone has received exceptional care. They offer a very personalized touch and seem to truly care.
I had an awful experience with Inspire. Jaclin from the accounting staff was rude and disrespectful. Each time I reached out with questions she made me feel like I was burdening her. Additionally, I saw 3 providers over the course of 9 months. The two providers I connected with both left citing poor upper management/ownership.
