Absolutely the worst property management I have ever dealt with. They managed the townhouse where I lived. They are impossible to get ahold of and never get back to you and any issues. Nick was the main person we had to dealt with. No idea was he was doing and not helpful in anyway (if he even got back to you). Just the most incompetent man I've ever talked to. Very poor experience with Greg Bickert recently. After Greg sent an email asking not to be included in the resolution of a plumbing issue in one of his buildings, Greg sent a defamatory email to my clients blaming us for his own agent taking 6+ months to fix a simple leak. When asked to apologize to avoid an action, Greg stood by his words.
Pathetic performance!!!!
