He responds in a very timely manner, is polite and goes above and beyond the call of duty to find a solution to any problem you might be experiencing. I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the services provided by Greg Bickert and his property management company. My friend experienced significant issues, including a marked lack of responsiveness and what appeared to be a prioritization of financial gain over tenant well-being. Absolutely the worst property management I have ever dealt with. They managed the townhouse where I lived. They are impossible to get ahold of and never get back to you and any issues. Nick was the main person we had to dealt with. No idea was he was doing and not helpful in anyway (if he even got back to you). Just the most incompetent man I've ever talked to.
