I wore a boot for 4 months for a compression fracture, came out of the boot and tried Dansko clogs. First trip out I rolled my ankle. I wasn't able to see my orthopedist because of COVID-19 for 2 more months. When I was finally able to visit her, she gave me a referral to PT. Inspire Physical Therapy has a relaxed and friendly environment. I have to say that I was not looking forward to physical therapy but the excruciating pain that I was experiencing left me with no other options. I would like to thank Cara, Gerry and Mat for helping my first time PT experience to be a relaxing one. I feel so much better now! They are an amazing team and I would definitely recommend Cara to anyone in need of a good Physical Therapist.
