Just completed a recovery from a shoulder injury, much in thanks to the help of Oliver. This is the second injury Oliver has guided me through. He is terrific at pinpointing the underlying problem and then prescribing the right exercise program to tackle it. Highly recommended!
Last Spring, I went to visit Ollie at Inspire Physical Therapy due to an injury sustained while training for the Vermont City Marathon. Ollie quickly identified the root cause of my pain, which was due to issues with my core, not where I had pain. Highly recommended. Make an appointment! When I first started going here my hips were shifted way to the left, my pelvis skewed clockwise a lot, had a lot of pain in my right hip flexors, had lots of lower back pain because my vertebrae were always twisted, I stopped playing hockey and couldn't run because of the pain it would cause in my right hip flexors and quads. Oliver has impressive Physical Therapy and “people” skills. It's easy to admire his comprehensive understanding of injures, and his swift movement toward resolution. His level of expertise is much higher than any other Physical Therapist I know. In my community of very active outdoor sports enthusiasts, Oliver is held in high regard. He is a pleasure to learn from and work together with healing current injuries and working toward preventing future ones.

When I first came to see Oliver and Danielle at Inspire, I was new to the sport of taekwondo and had rolled my ankle. After weeks of pain and limitation I finally sought PT. Within days the pain was much reduced and I was able to be active again.
