My wife and I recently through referral went to Inspire Orthopedics following a (Uber) car passenger accident earlier in the year with a initial diagnosis of "Neck Whiplash". The treatments, Physical Therapy Referrals, Shot Injections and MRI's and recovery were all going fine UNTIL we received the results of the MRI, which the treating physician, a (Dr. Bill) explained that my wife had a (partial-tear) supplemented with (arthritis) in her right (rotator-cuff) shoulder area, that in his opinion required corrective surgery. This is a GREAT establishment except for One bad Apple a nurse by the name of Asia, if you've never met a "Karen" well she's that and SOOOO much more!!!! ALWAYS TRYING TO DO THE MOSTEST instead of HER job. EVERYONE else is just as polite, professional, welcoming as can be and then you have her 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼She belongs at the head of the " h.o.a." somewhere instead of giving an extremely bad look and reputation on such a decent establishment. I was involved in an auto accident back in 2023. I had a good amount of pain resulting from that accident and with the help of Dr. Bill and his team at Inspire I was able to get back to living life pain free (relatively speaking)! I highly recommend Dr. Bill!
