They seemed confused when I asked for a dip manicure instead of gel, and kept pushing for a gel manicure. The manicure itself was poor. He did not allow proper time for the dip to come off by putting cotton soaked in acetone on each fingernail and waiting. Instead, he kept trying to wear it down with the machine, which can cause nail thinning. He did not attempt any cuticle care at all. This salon truly sets the standard for quality. The nail art is creative and beautifully done. I get compliments every time. Best place in town!
Update: received another very clean manicure. I like that he took his time gently cleaning the excess skin at the edge of my nail. Vivian did a great job creating almond shape gel nails with a tip on my natural nails. We used gel x instead of super glue or nail glue in order to protect my natural nail. I also got a gel pedicure. All staff were super professional. The space looked clean as well.
